Ben from Guernsey Seaweed did a seaweed forage at Port Soif on Saturday. All the seaweed we saw there is edible ( but with varying tastes!) A delicious truffle taste was pepper dulse.
I have got some seaweed hand sanitiser as well.
I will be using seaweed as a mulch and fertiliser to grow vegetables. How wonderful seaweed is and it is free!
